We're seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care home and ensure the delivery of outstanding care while maintaining full CQC compliance. You'll be responsible for the overall management of the home, including staff recruitment and development, budget management, and family liaison. This is a challenging but rewarding leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape the home's culture and make a real difference to residents' lives. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of care delivery
- Manage and develop staff team
- Ensure CQC compliance and prepare for inspections
- Manage home budget effectively
- Build relationships with families and professionals
Requirements
- RGN or RMN qualification
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- 3+ years care home management experience
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements
- Proven leadership and budget management skills
