We're looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and develop exciting menus that delight our guests. You'll manage the kitchen team, maintain food quality standards, control costs, and ensure health and safety compliance. This role offers creative freedom to develop seasonal menus and the opportunity to build and lead a talented brigade. We're passionate about using quality, locally-sourced ingredients and want someone who shares that vision.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years professional kitchen experience
- Previous head or sous chef experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP
- Creative menu development skills
- Team leadership experience
