Join our HR team as an HR Administrator where you'll provide essential administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain our HRIS system, and support recruitment and onboarding activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a supportive environment with opportunities for progression. We'll support your CIPD studies if you're looking to become a qualified HR professional.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records and systems
- Support recruitment administration
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters
- Handle day-to-day HR queries
- Produce HR reports and metrics
Requirements
- Previous HR admin or office admin experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- CIPD Level 3 or studying towards preferred
