Management Accountant

We're seeking a qualified Management Accountant to produce monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. You'll work closely with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic planning. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop your commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Budget preparation and variance analysis
• Support month-end close processes
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist
• 3+ years management accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling
• Experience with accounting software (Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Strong communication skills
