Residential Architect (ARB Registered)

TechVentures UK is a design-led studio specialising in high-end residential refurbishments, basement extensions, and new-build projects across London. Established in 2010, we have developed a reputation for contemporary architecture delivered with meticulous technical detail and an excellent client experience. Reporting to the Senior Associate, the Residential Architect will lead projects from concept design through planning, tender, and delivery on site. This role requires excellent presentation skills and knowledge of London residential planning and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical packages for high-end residential projects
• Produce drawings, models, and visualisations across RIBA Stages 1–6
• Manage planning submissions and liaise with local authorities
• Attend site meetings and coordinate contractors
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement
• Work with private clients, providing design guidance and updates
• Ensure adherence to building regulations and technical standards

Requirements

• ARB Registered Architect
• 3–7 years’ post-Part III in London residential projects
• Strong design and tender documentation experience
• Knowledge of London planning policy
• Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Excellent communication skills

Benefits

The salary ranges from £45,000 to £58,000, with a hybrid working model, an annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, ARB fees paid, and training & CPD support.
